Mobile County Commissioner Jerry Carl Endorses Conservative Bradley Byrne in December 17 Special Election

Mobile, AL – December 11, 2013 – On Wednesday, Mobile County Commissioner Jerry Carl (District 3) announced his endorsement of conservative Bradley Byrne in the December 17 special election for Alabama’s First Congressional District. Carl, a local businessman and native of Mobile, represents southern Mobile County on the County Commission, including Mobile Bay, west Grand Bay, and parts of downtown Mobile.

Announcing his endorsement, Carl said: “Bradley and Rebecca Byrne have been friends of our household for several years. I have firsthand experience watching Bradley’s honesty, hard work, and family-oriented ways. To have my friend Bradley Byrne in Washington as our First Congressional District Representative will truly be a blessing to all the people of Mobile County. My wife Tina and I ask that all our friends and family get out and support Bradley with your vote next Tuesday, December 17.”

Byrne responded: “Now more than ever, Alabama needs a conservative problem solver who will fight to represent our values and achieve tangible results in Washington. Commissioner Carl is a valued friend who understands the importance of this election for the future of Mobile County, and for all of South Alabama. As our campaign continues to build momentum going into the final week of this election, I look forward to working with Commissioner Carl and all the members of the Mobile County Commission to ensure South Alabama’s next Congressman will be a positive, conservative voice in Washington.”
